ETC system (OBU) lithium battery solution

With the strong support of the country for ETC, the shipment volume of OBU has also surged. At present, the most scientific ETC power systems on the market are composed of solar cells, backup batteries, and energy storage components. The backup battery not only provides stable current to the OBU under special conditions (no light or weak light), but also plays a role in protecting the energy storage components. Through the protection of backup batteries, the service life of the entire power supply can be significantly extended, which is about 10 times longer than without backup batteries.

According to the usage characteristics of OBU power supply in ETC, it not only needs to meet the discharge requirements of extreme outdoor weather such as winter in Northeast China (-40 ℃), summer in Southwest China (+85 ℃), and high humidity in Southeast coastal areas (85% RH); Simultaneously meeting the requirements of long lifespan, high reliability, safety, and environmental protection; In addition, there is a requirement for instantaneous high current pulses in the power supply.
